Discover France, Unlocking the Mystery of French Wine
A homage to the great wine producing country that is France. On this evening we shall be learning about, and tasting some, great wines from this diverse country.
France may produce some of the most expensive wines in the world but is a country that has been made famous for it's diverse and exceptionally high quality wines. We'll explore some of their most famous wine making regions and try a mixed selection of fresh and aromatic whites, delicate rose's and smooth reds.
Taking in some of the following regions along the way;
- Alsace (Aromatic whites)
- Burgundy (Fine wine territory)
- The Loire Valley (Ideal for the crisp white lovers)
- Beajolais (light fruity reds)
- The Rhone Valley (rich and robust reds)
- Languedoc-Roussillon (Southern French Classics)
This course is a real eye-opening course that covers a range of styles, regions and price points helping you to de-mystify those labels and helping you to fall in love with French wine.
